Shipping

How long will it take for my items to arrive? When will my order be shipped?

The estimated delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 5 to 10 business days for standard-sized items. However, for larger items that require special handling or are located in remote areas, the delivery time may take longer, usually 3-8 weeks. Rest assured, we strive to ship most items within two to three business days, but larger items may require additional time for delivery due to their size and location.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Majority of the items we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Bigger items such as dressers, consoles, we use a shipping carrier or freight. 

Where can I find details on shipping information?

Shipping information will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. 

What is the return policy for my purchases?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. 

How will I know that you've received my order?

We get an email and once it is fulfilled you would get an email as well.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently we only ship in the United States. 

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also take payments via PayPal, Venmo, Apple, and Zelle.
