Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Timelines & Communication:
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the size of the items you have purchased:

Smaller Items: For smaller items, please allow 5-8 business days for delivery from the date of shipment.
- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- These items are typically shipped via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Larger Items (Freight): For larger items (such as furniture, etc.), please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery from the date of shipment. These items require specialized freight shipping, and freight carriers vary depending on the item and destination.
- Freight Process Communication: Shortly after your item ships, you will receive an email detailing the freight shipping process. This email will provide information on what to expect, including the carrier if determined at that stage.
- Delivery Scheduling: Our team or the designated freight carrier will then contact you (often via email or phone, as detailed in the process email) to schedule a specific delivery appointment to your address.
Please Note:
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
- Currently, we only ship within the United States (US). If you require shipping to another country, please email us at info@thehdoutlet.com for a custom shipping quote.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for domestic (US) orders.
Tracking Your Order:
- Smaller Items: Once your order has shipped, your shipment confirmation email will contain your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the respective carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).
- Larger Items (Freight): For freight items, the email you receive detailing the freight process will explain how updates will be provided. Direct tracking links may be available depending on the carrier, and our team or the freight carrier will be in communication with you to coordinate the delivery.
